What types of video formats do you digitize?

      • We specialize in digitizing a wide range of video formats including VHS, MiniDV, Hi8, VHS-C, and more. Whether it’s old family videos or professional footage, we have the capability to digitize it.

What is the turnaround time for digitizing videos?

        • Our turnaround time typically depends on the volume and complexity of the project. However, for standard orders, we aim to complete digitization within 7-10 business days. Rush service also available for additional charge.

How do I receive my digitized videos once the process is complete?

          • Once your videos are digitized, we provide them to you in the format of your choice, whether it’s digital files on a USB drive, and DVD. We also offer cloud storage options for convenient access from anywhere.

What resolution and file formats do you provide for digitized videos?

            • We provide files in MP4 format. Most videos from the 1980 to early 2000’s are standard definition 720×486. Basically, your completed project, will not look like high definition. We can always up the resolution to 1020×1980 but the thing with a bad video is you’re only upping a bad video resolution.

What type of payment is accepted and how long do I have to pick up my project after completion?

              • Payments are made through Stripes and we accept most major credit cards. You will always be notified when an invoice is being emailed to you. Client will need to approve the project and payment must be received prior to work starting. Once the project is completed, videos/flash drives/DVD must be picked up within 15 business days.
